IT Engineer

• Commission, configure, and maintain Access Control Systems such as Gallagher, Paxton, Brivo, or equivalent technologies.
• Implement and troubleshoot CCTV systems, including HikVision, Avigilon, Milestone, and related platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to design and deploy tailored solutions for security and IT infrastructure.
• Analyse and resolve technical issues, adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Provide technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and minimal downtime.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance service delivery.
