IT Support

• Develop new curriculum materials to support digital learning.
• Assist in creating AI agents to help apprentices succeed.
• Support the onboarding of new apprentices.
• Test and troubleshoot internal systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain and update our WordPress websites.
• Supporting our apprentices with their Microsoft 365 issues., * You will undertake the Level 3 Digital Support Technician Apprenticeship Standard and be encouraged to gain relevant Microsoft and British Computer Society qualifications.
• The expectation is that within a year, you will progress to a Level 4 AI Implementation apprenticeship.
• You will work alongside our directors and developers and build your skills through a combination of:
• Online learning
• 1-2-1 Coaching
• Group activities
• Work-based tasks

We are looking for a motivated Digital Support Technician Apprentice to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, exposure to AI and develop excellent interpersonal skills while working towards a recognised qualification., * A keen interest in technology.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
• Basic knowledge of websites and digital tools (WordPress experience is a bonus).
