IT Analyst

Management Information Analyst who is excited by growth, autonomy, and the chance to make an impact. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity designed for someone who doesn't just analyse data, they use it to create better systems, spot opportunities, and help shape how the business scales.

Role Responsibilities

• Manipulate and master data sets , predominantly Salesforce and wider internal data sources

• Identify inefficiencies and say "I can automate this, optimise this, or elevate this"

• Evaluate new AI tools , automations, and data-led business development methods

• Support management accounting for a small division (approx. 10% of the role)

• Build dashboards, reporting packs, and commercial insights that drive decision-making

• Drill into underlying data to support commercial decision-making

• Look at statistics, trends, patterns and say:

• "There's an opportunity here. Let's build a new revenue stream."

• Create systems, scripts, workflows and even your own division

• Deploy commercial AI tools that support lead generation and revenue growth

• In Q4, generate leads, and next year, receive a percentage of the leads you generate
