(Consultancy - must have consultancy experience)Permanent opportunitySalary range from £46,000 to £70,000Start ASAP if possibleLondon, Manchester or Glasgow basedA global consultancy is growing its Enterprise & HR Transformation practice and seeking an HR-focused ERP Transformation Consultant/Senior Consultant to support clients on major Shared Services, AI-driven and ERP-enabled change programmes.This is an opportunity to shape next-generation HR and GBS operating models, delivering transformation across SAP, Oracle, Workday and digital adoption platforms.The RoleYou will partner with clients to assess current HR/GBS capabilities, design future-state operating models, and drive ERP-enabled transformation programmes. The role spans business readiness, behavioural change, digital adoption, communication strategies, training design and deployment across large-scale ERP programmes.
