Job description

As a Data Quality Officer, you'll join our Data Quality Team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of child health records. You'll audit data, resolve discrepancies, and produce reports that support performance monitoring and compliance with KPIs. This role requires initiative, attention to detail, and a commitment to data security and confidentiality., * Validate and process data from GP practices, maternity units, screening providers, and local authorities.

  • Audit child health records for missing or inaccurate information and source updates from alternative systems.
  • Produce weekly reports and datasets for performance monitoring and audits.
  • Manage your workload independently and provide cover for colleagues when needed., Our mission is to provide high-quality services within local communities to over 7 million patients by 2030. Requirements

The Role As a Data Quality Officer, youll join our Data Quality Team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of child health records. Youll audit data, resolve discrepancies, and produce reports that support performance monitoring and compliance with KPIs. This role requires initiative, attention to detail, and a commitment to data security and confidentiality., * A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and strong organisational skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience analysing and interpreting data.
  • At least two years experience in data quality, analytics, or a similar role, ideally within healthcare information services.
