We are seeking a Technical Dynamics Platform Engineering Manager to join our software delivery team. In this principal role, you will leverage your deep technical expertise and leadership skills to guide a team of engineers, actively contributing to the team's delivery while shaping its strategic direction.
You will play a key role in driving successful outcomes, identifying opportunities to standardise practices across adjacent teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, high-value software to our customers. Your strong people management capabilities will support the growth and development of your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What you'll be doing:
- Applying strong software testing principles to ensure robust and reliable code quality
- Implementing CI/CD pipelines and release strategies to streamline and automate software delivery
- Adopting Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to support iterative and collaborative development
- Contributing technically within development teams by building maintainable features and solving complex challenges
- Providing constructive feedback through effective code reviews to enhance team performance and code standards
- Mentoring and coaching engineers to support their professional growth and foster a collaborative team culture
- Translating complex requirements into practical, achievable solutions while considering team dynamics and organisational behaviour
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software testing?, * An expert knowledge of three or more of the following is essential:
- Power Platform
- Dynamics 365
- Azure LogicApps
- Azure Integration components
- Javascript
- C#
- Dynamics 365 plugins and workflows
- SQL
- FetchXML
- XRM Toolbox
- PowerBI
- Azure Active Directory
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and their application in modern development environments
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated release strategies to support efficient and reliable software delivery
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on experience in iterative development practices
- Demonstrated ability to contribute technically within a development team, including writing maintainable features and solving complex problems
- Skilled in conducting effective code reviews, offering actionable feedback to improve code quality and team performance
- Experience in mentoring and coaching engineers, supporting their growth and fostering a collaborative team culture
- Ability to break down complex requirements into achievable solutions, with a strategic mindset toward team design and organisational behaviour
