The Opportunity As IT Manager, you will be responsible for the stability, security, and evolution of the company's technology environment. You will move beyond firefighting and ticket management, focusing instead on long-term architecture, vendor strategy, cyber resilience, and smart automation.

- Development and execution of the IT strategy and technology roadmap
- Cyber security oversight, risk management, and compliance
- Vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimisation
- Leading system upgrades, migrations, and digital improvement projects
- Ensuring high availability, performance, and business continuity
- Acting as a senior technology advisor to leadership and key stakeholders
- Managing and developing internal or outsourced IT resources
Requirements
- Proven experience in an IT Manager or senior IT leadership role
- Strong technical background across infrastructure, cloud, and security
- Experience owning IT strategy rather than simply delivering tasks
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance risk, cost, and performance
- Confident communicator who can translate technical issues into business terms
- Calm, structured approach in fast-moving environments
