Job description
You'll be reporting to the Service Delivery Manager and working closely with the technical team to deliver excellent IT support and consultancy services. The role involves a mix of remote and onsite support, project work, and mentoring junior team members., * Provide 2nd line support across Windows Server (on-prem & Azure), Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and RDS
- Troubleshoot Windows desktop issues and Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Teams Voice)
- Support and configure Hyper-V and virtualised environments
- Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and installations
- Use service desk tools (ConnectWise Manage ideal) to manage tickets and SLAs
- Monitor and maintain client systems and networks
- Assist with workstation setups and fault diagnosis (hardware/software)
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
Ideal Experience With:
- ConnectWise Manage, NinjaOne RMM, Datto Backup, Cove Backup
- Exclaimer, CloudAlly, Heimdal Security, Keeper, Password Boss, Augmentt
Requirements
- Previous IT experience working at an IT Mananaged Services Provider
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence on the phone and in client-facing situations
- Ability to manage time, multitask, and work to SLAs
- A team player mindset with a willingness to share knowledge
