Job description
You'll play a key role in a major transformation programme, with a core objective of migrating existing reporting from IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) into Oracle EPM (Fusion SaaS). This role requires someone who has hands-on experience delivering similar migrations and can operate confidently across both platforms., * Providing proactive change leadership to the ERP Transformation to ensure the programme delivers the required outputs from the Design phase of the Programme, and supports the definition/confirmation of Programme scope, business goals and benefits to be delivered by the Programme.

Creating the change story and vision to articulate the 'why', ensuring it aligns with easyJet's strategy and organisational change narrative.

Developing and managing the framework for assessing the level of business change to ensure business change effort can be prioritised accordingly.

Defining the ERP change strategy and working with the relevant teams and stakeholders to manage its successful execution.

Ensuring the approach to change is appropriate and the impacted stakeholders are aware of upcoming changes and have the correct support and guidance to adopt the change.

Supporting the project teams in the successful delivery of change.
Requirements

Proven experience in large-scale system implementations (ERP, HR/Finance transformations).

Strong communication, influencing, and coaching skills.

Ability to work with diverse teams (IT, Business, Executive).

Experience with change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
