Job description

You'll play a key role in a major transformation programme, with a core objective of migrating existing reporting from IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) into Oracle EPM (Fusion SaaS). This role requires someone who has hands-on experience delivering similar migrations and can operate confidently across both platforms., * Providing proactive change leadership to the ERP Transformation to ensure the programme delivers the required outputs from the Design phase of the Programme, and supports the definition/confirmation of Programme scope, business goals and benefits to be delivered by the Programme.

  • Creating the change story and vision to articulate the 'why', ensuring it aligns with easyJet's strategy and organisational change narrative.

  • Developing and managing the framework for assessing the level of business change to ensure business change effort can be prioritised accordingly.

  • Defining the ERP change strategy and working with the relevant teams and stakeholders to manage its successful execution.

  • Ensuring the approach to change is appropriate and the impacted stakeholders are aware of upcoming changes and have the correct support and guidance to adopt the change.

  • Supporting the project teams in the successful delivery of change.

Requirements

  • Bridging the Gap: Connecting strategic objectives with operational realities.

  • Driving Adoption: Ensuring users embrace and effectively use the new system.

  • Building Capability: Enhancing the organization's ability to manage future changes.

  • Proven experience in large-scale system implementations (ERP, HR/Finance transformations).

  • Strong communication, influencing, and coaching skills.

  • Ability to work with diverse teams (IT, Business, Executive).

  • Experience with change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
