Job description

The Analyst will play a key role in supporting the CMS Sales Excellence Director and the broader CMS Strategy and Commercial Operations team. This position focuses on enabling operational rigor, improving data readiness, and accelerating the Sales-to-Revenue lifecycle across Commercial, Money Movement, and Visa Government Solutions segments. The Analyst will provide analytical, reporting, and coordination support to ensure timely execution of initiatives that unlock measurable revenue and efficiency gains., * Data Management and Reporting: Collect, validate, and maintain data across systems (Finance reporting systems, CRM, Client Services databases). Prepare dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports for leadership. Conduct variance analysis and ensure reconciliation with Finance baselines.

  • Operational Support: Assist in standing up intake and prioritization processes for CMS data requirements. Track progress of initiatives and maintain transparent backlogs and roadmaps. Support deployment of interim Deal Performance solutions, including attribution logic and milestone tracking.

  • Analytics and Insights: Analyze end-to-end deal and activation workflows to identify bottlenecks. Provide insights on cycle time, rework, and capacity to inform prioritization. Support KPI instrumentation and publish leading, lagging indicators for initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with Sales, Client Services, Finance, and Market Ops teams to gather requirements and resolve data issues. Assist in scheduling, preparing materials, and documenting outcomes for stakeholder meetings.

  • Enablement and Adoption: Support training and enablement efforts for dashboards and tools. Monitor adoption metrics and escalate issues impacting operational cadence.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Requirements

  • Experience in analytics, sales operations, or business support roles.
  • Experience for working with data-comfortable analysing large datasets, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Data & Analytics platforms)
  • Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency projects.
  • Knowledge of KPI frameworks and performance measurement.
