- Active SC Clearance (mandatory).
- Proven experience as an Interaction Designer within the Public Sector.
- Strong knowledge of GDS Service Standards and user-centred design principles.
- Expertise in designing responsive, accessible interfaces and creating design patterns.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including researchers, developers, and product managers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
