3rd Line Support Engineer - Princes Risborough (Hybrid)

What you'll do:

• Provide 2nd & 3rd line support, acting as the main technical escalation point
• Resolve complex IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to school operations
• Mentor 1st and 2nd line colleagues
• Lead IT projects from planning to implementation
• Support internal networks and deliver staff training as needed

• Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V, and Office365/Azure
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and confident decision-making under pressure
• A customer-first mindset with great communication skills
