Change Adoption Manager

We're looking for an experienced Adoption & Change Manager to drive business engagement and support technology adoption within a fast-paced environment. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across teams.

Hybrid: 3 days a week in office Rate: £650pd inside ir35 via umbrella Duration: initial 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, translating business concerns into actionable solutions.
• Foster a culture where innovation and experimentation are encouraged
• Put stakeholders at ease and build strong relationships across all levels
• Work with diverse stakeholders across projects and technology streams

Technology Environment

• Exposure to Microsoft 365 in development space
• AWS and Microsoft platforms - highly development-focused environment
