To help us on this adventure, we're looking for a Project Manager to join our Technology Operations team. You'll play a big part in delivering our technology roadmap and making sure tech feels like a natural part of innocent's culture-balancing the need for strong, secure systems with the exciting possibilities of what's next.You'll lead temporary project teams that bring together brilliant minds from across innocent, our Coca-Cola colleagues, and trusted partners to find the right technology solutions and make them happen. As part of the Technology & Transformation team, you'll help deliver the foundations and future developments for our infrastructure platforms. More specifically:
- Take projects from first idea through planning, building, testing, go-live, handover, and closure.
- Keep us on track by hitting milestones, managing risks and issues, and navigating any unexpected changes.
- Make sure everyone knows what's happening by keeping stakeholders informed in the right way at the right time.
- Bring people together to deliver great results and help innocent stay ahead in rapid technology change and adoption.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project management?, * Experience leading projects or work packages through the full lifecycle, ideally with IT infrastructure projects under your belt.
- A good grasp of standard project methodologies, processes, and frameworks.
- A track record of planning and delivering successful change, with strong documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills-able to flex your style to suit different audiences.
- A strategic mindset to balance priorities and make smart recommendations.
- Experience working with third parties across different geographies and building strong, lasting relationships.
- Bonus points if you've worked on projects involving IT infrastructure, cloud migrations, cyber security, compliance, or business continuity.
