The role involves managing enhancements, upgrades and incremental improvements to a live platform, ensuring continued value delivery aligned with regulatory, operational and governance standards. Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the delivery of a prioritised roadmap for a bespoke internal system, including enhancements and technical improvements.
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, in-house technology teams, and third-party vendors.
- Plan and coordinate incremental releases, balancing new functionality with platform stability.
- Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and artefacts aligned to agile practices.
- Manage scope, budget, risks, and interdependencies across concurrent initiatives.
- Ensure all change activity adheres to internal governance, risk, and control frameworks for regulated environments.
- Facilitate requirements definition and prioritization with business users and development teams.
- Oversee testing, regression, release, and deployment activities to minimize operational disruption.
- Coordinate business readiness and adoption for new features and improvements.
- Provide clear, concise delivery reporting to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering technology-enabled change to live, business-critical systems.
- Strong background in roadmapping and incremental delivery for bespoke in-house platforms.
- Experience within private markets or asset management environments.
- Familiarity with agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
- Hands-on experience with in-house development teams and modern delivery toolsets.
- Proficiency with Jira or similar tools for backlog management and reporting.
- Strong understanding of regulated environments, including risk and governance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
