Insight Analyst

• Use Power BI to create and develop interactive dashboards to support the overall business functions\r\n
• Create and develop data by creating SQL queries\r\n
• Work closely with stakeholders within the business to identify opportunities where data can drive better decisions and enhance reporting processes.\r\n
• Translate business challenges into analytical insights presenting outcomes to colleagues\r\n
• Conduct data profiling checks and validation to ensure reliability, accuracy and compliance with governance standards.\r\n
• Assist in building reusable datasets and semantic layers to facilitate organisation-wide self-service analytics.\r\n
• Record and maintain clear definitions for datasets and associated metadata.\r\n

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau\r\n
• Proficiency using SQL\r\n
• Experience in analysing complex datasets and translating them to identify opportunities to enhance processes within the business\r\n
• Experience using a Microsoft ecosystem such as Microsoft Fabric\r\n
• Confident working with stakeholders across the business to present solutions\r\n
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactivity\r\n
• Prior experience in an insights, analytics or strategic reporting role\r\n
• Familiarity with a structured data environment and data governance frameworks.\n\nExperience of transformation programmes and cross-functional work is highly desirable\r\n
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a numerical subject\r\n
