Dynamics 365 Architect

Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of senior and junior Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform developers
• Provide architectural direction and enforce coding standards, governance, and Microsoft best practices
• Review and challenge solution designs in architecture and design forums
• Drive proofs of concept (POCs) and assess emerging Microsoft technologies

Solution Design & Delivery

• Own end-to-end technical design for Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform solutions
• Define scalable data models, integration patterns, and application architectures
• Champion low-code/no-code approaches while ensuring governance, security, and scalability
• Ensure solutions align with Test Driven Development (TDD) principles and organisational testing frameworks

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Subject Matter Experts to shape requirements
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language
• Participate in requirement workshops and technical design sessions

Development & Integration Oversight

• Oversee development across:
• Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Custom Apps)
• Dataverse
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, Power FX)
• Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, App Services)
• C#/.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, PCF Controls
• Ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable integrations with external systems

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Architect

• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and Azure services
• Experience leading technical teams and governing solution design
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Background delivering complex, enterprise Microsoft solutions
