Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our head office team for an Operations Admin Supportrole to assist the operational support function in the business. We are seeking 2 motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry LevelOperations Admin Support. This role is designed to support the team in a variety of day-to-day tasks including liaising with clients and external organisations, assisting with phone lines and general administrative tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build experience in an office environment and is perfect for someone with administration experience, or a recent graduate.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided. You will be supported by a small, friendly, and highly supportive team to help you settle into the role, with ongoing training to ensure continued development and confidence.

A good level of computer literacy is required, as the role involves navigating multiple systems, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and internal programmes. Extensive technical expertise is not necessary; however, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

The role involves regular communication with both external organisations and internal departments. As such, the successful candidate must be able to manage their own workload effectively while also working collaboratively as part of a team.
