Job description

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a forward-thinking organisation in Yorkshire, who are looking for an experienced SAP HR Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of SAP HR and SuccessFactors modules. This is a chance to drive real change in HR processes, enhance employee experience, and make a tangible impact on organisational efficiency.

Duties of the SAP HR Manager:

  • Lead SAP HR projects: design, configure, and deploy modules including Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Payroll, Time Management, and Talent Management
  • Drive SuccessFactors integration: oversee Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Recruiting modules
  • Analyse and improve HR processes to boost efficiency and compliance
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders for smooth system integration
  • Manage external vendors and project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Stay ahead of SAP HR innovations and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Strong SAP HR/HCM and SuccessFactors experience
  • Hands-on expertise with SAP modules (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management) and SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Proven track record leading SAP HR projects and managing cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations
  • SAP HR or SuccessFactors certification is a bonus
