Job description

As a Network Design Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of Evri's depot and hub infrastructure. You'll be responsible for designing and maintaining our network plan, ensuring we're ready to meet both current and future demand.

Working across strategic and tactical modelling, you'll help the business understand capacity needs over a multi-year horizon, while continuously improving the efficiency and performance of our network.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and maintaining Evri's 5-year capacity plan for hubs and depots
  • Identifying network changes and ensuring capacity remains within agreed limits
  • Assessing the impact of volume changes, new business opportunities, automation, and infrastructure updates
  • Supporting the Head of Engineering with analytical insight on major engineering and capacity changes
  • Identifying strategic and tactical network optimisation opportunities
  • Creating throughput and productivity models for hubs and depots using floorplans and Excel-based modelling

Requirements

  • At least 4 years' experience in a logistics or home delivery environment
  • Experience in project planning
  • Strong skills in Excel modelling to calculate throughput and constraints
  • Experience in financial modelling
