Job description
We are seeking a Certified ServiceNow Developer to support a client expand and mature their ServiceNow platform. The organisation is currently enhancing its ServiceNow capabilities by rolling out additional modules, automating business processes, and implementing a structured CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices.
As part of this transformation, the client is establishing a ServiceNow Centre to provide governance, scalability, and long-term platform success. This role will play a key part in shaping the ServiceNow roadmap and leading complex implementations, including modules such as Security Operations (SecOps) and Demand & Project Management., Act as a ServiceNow technical authority within the CoE, ensuring best practices and architectural consistency Lead and contribute to ServiceNow projects from analysis through delivery Design and implement process automation across IT and business workflows Define, implement, and govern CMDB and CSDM models Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes Support the rollout of new ServiceNow modules and platform enhancements Maintain high-quality documentation for processes, solutions, and configurations
Requirements
Certified ServiceNow Admin (mandatory) Professionally Dutch Speaking Strong hands-on technical experience with the ServiceNow platform Expertise in CMDB implementation and CSDM Experience delivering large-scale or enterprise ServiceNow implementations Strong understanding of process design and automation Excellent project planning and organisational skills Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
