Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards, supporting continuous improvement, and promoting a strong Food Safety and Quality Culture., * Act as the first point of contact for quality matters on the production floor.

  • Conduct quality inspections and process audits during shifts.
  • Review and update SOPs/SPLs and maintain quality display boards.
  • Analyze production samples against approved standards.
  • Support training initiatives and departmental updates.
  • Assist with containment and sorting of faulty materials.
  • Manage quarantined products and issue scrap/credits as needed.
  • Perform finished goods checks and material testing.
  • Conduct Glass & Brittle Materials audits and publish results.
  • Carry out GMP audits, raise/manage non-conformances, and ensure corrective actions are closed.
  • Support NCR investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
  • Assist with customer complaint investigations and evidence gathering.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold housekeeping standards.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Root cause analysis?, * Previous experience in quality control (essential).

  • Manufacturing experience (food, print, or packaging preferred).
  • Internal/external auditing experience (essential).
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word); Avante experience desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills-clear written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to identify process weaknesses and propose solutions.
  • Highly responsible, reliable, and adaptable with strong attention to detail.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Positive, "can-do" attitude.
