Job description
We're looking for a Senior ICT Technician who is passionate about technology, proactive in improving systems, and confident in driving change. This is a hands-on, varied role where you will not only provide high-quality technical support, but also play a key role in shaping our ICT standards, influence future improvements and support the implementation of new digital tools and technologies across the business.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * Previous experience in a Senior ICT Support, ICT Technician, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, networks and common ICT tools
- Practical experience diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in improving systems and introducing new solutions
- The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and support colleagues with professionalism and patience
- Strong communication skills and an appetite for staying up to date with emerging technologies, * IT support: 2 years (required)
