What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver on-site IT support to education customers across Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset
- Troubleshoot issues with LANs, operating systems, and software
- Support users with desktop hardware and software queries (Windows/macOS/iOS)
- Use our Service Desk system to manage and resolve tickets efficiently
- Collaborate with colleagues to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Contribute to exciting IT projects during school holidays
- Maintain documentation and share knowledge across the team
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in macOS?, * Mature and sensible people with a passion for helping people
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role
- General understanding of networking, desktop support, and infrastructure
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- A proactive, friendly, and customer-focused approach
- Full UK manual driving licence (essential for site visits)
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (provided by us)
