Job description
We are seeking a highly organised, detail-driven Technical Product Owner to join our team. This role combines aspects of product management, technical communication, marketing, and design to support our industry-leading range of fire protection valves. You will act as the central link between engineering, sales, marketing -ensuring our products are clearly specified, well-presented, and fully supported throughout their lifecycle., Product Communication & Documentation
- Develop and maintain accurate product documentation, including data sheets, manuals, installation guides, and certifications
- Translate complex engineering details into clear, professional content for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Maintain product information libraries and ensure consistency across all channels
Marketing & Design
- Create compelling marketing collateral such as brochures, product presentations, info graphics, and case studies
- Support website content creation and updates for product pages, imagery, and downloadable resources
- Work closely with marketing to plan product campaigns, launches, and industry event materials
- Assist in design reviews to ensure product branding and messaging align with company standards
Product Support & Coordination
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to gather product information and ensure timely updates
- Support training activities for internal teams and external partners
- Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and internal teams regarding product features, specifications, and applications
Requirements
Do you have experience in Product management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, If you enjoy working at the intersection of technical detail, customer understanding, and creative communication, this role is ideal for you., * Experience in product management, technical marketing, or technical documentation (ideally in a mechanical, industrial, or engineering-led industry)
- Strong ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Proficiency with design or visual-communication tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent)
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mind-set
- Ability to work on set targets independently
Desirable:
- Experience in fire protection, valves, or mechanical components
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., LPCB, UL, FM)
- 3D printing experience
- Background in engineering, product design, or a related technical discipline, * Bachelor's (required)
