Job description

As an IT Support Technician, you will help keep our operations running smoothly by supporting our internal users, maintaining our endpoint fleet, and ensuring our modern SaaS-first environment remains reliable and secure. You will play a key role in day-to-day IT administration while enabling the business to operate efficiently at scale.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in IT support who wants to grow in a fast-moving organisation. From April 2026, you will manage essential IT tasks that keep the company running-from onboarding new colleagues to resolving user issues and supporting the administration of our cloud platforms. You will work closely with the Head of IT & Security, gain exposure to a wide range of technologies, and have opportunities to expand your skills as the company evolves.

The Arsenal (Core Responsibilities)

  • Prepare, configure, and support macOS and Windows laptops for our distributed workforce
  • Handle user lifecycle management: onboarding, account provisioning, access updates, and offboarding
  • Administer and support key SaaS applications including Microsoft 365 / Intune, Slack, and AWS
  • Triage IT incidents during business hours and escalate issues when needed
  • Support patching and routine maintenance workflows
  • Maintain accurate asset records and documentation
  • Assist with access reviews and operational security tasks
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across IT operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT support role
  • Confident working with both macOS and Windows endpoints
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365 administration and modern SaaS tools
  • Able to troubleshoot common user and device issues with clarity and patience
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow structured processes
  • Motivated to learn, adapt, and expand your technical skill set
  • Comfortable working remotely and communicating clearly in distributed teams

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to AWS, identity and access management concepts, or remote-first IT operations
  • Relevant certifications in support, cloud platforms, or endpoint management
  • Experience contributing to operational documentation or runbooks
