We are currently recruiting for Systems Support Technician inhouse we you will be called a Hotline Engineer!

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless operations for automated material handling systems in production environments, offering vital support through our 24/7 hotline service. You are critical to how smooth businesses operate.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide 24/7 technical assistance and resolve issues related to Warehouse Management and Material Flow Systems
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and logging issues into the support ticketing system
  • Collaborate with the support team to write and update technical knowledge base articles
  • Help manage escalations and support customer service through the account management team.

Requirements

  • Eager to develop technical skills in a high-demand industry.
  • Comfortable working in a shift-based environment, including weekends and nights.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Attention to detail alongside good verbal and written communication skills
  • Desirable: Knowledge of RDBMS and SQL (Oracle / Postgres)
