ERP Analyst Finance

• Guide the various companies across Europe in the implementation and rollout of a uniform ERP solution built on Dynamics 365, focusing on finance domains such as general ledger, accounts payable & receivable, fixed assets, costing, bank management, and financial reporting;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, initially as support and ultimately leading the roll-out of finance modules of the ERP solution at multiple branches;
• Serve as the bridge between finance, business operations, ERP teams, and external partners to ensure efficient processes that meet financial and compliance requirements;
• Lead workshops to perform FIT GAP analysis against core D365 F&O finance solutions and ensure tailored implementation;
• Proactively analyze and optimize financial processes within various departments and units;
• Support the creation of new workflows or improvements for financial procedures;
• Validate project deliverables to ensure they align with expectations and maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Do you have experience in ERP systems?, * Have at least 3 years of relevant experience as a Finance Business Analyst with a strong foundation in financial processes;

• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across stakeholders;
• Be analytically minded, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently;
• Take ownership of your tasks while maintaining a pragmatic approach toward achieving goals;
• Have experience documenting processes, ideally using BPMN;
• Demonstrate strong expertise with D365 F&O (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations);
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus;
• Be fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages being an advantage;
• Be willing to travel across Europe for onsite projects.
