Tasks

• Analyze and implement customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop interfaces, scripts, and reports like AbaReport.
• Install, operate, and monitor cloud and on-premise solutions., Delta Office AG has been a specialist in ERP solutions for architecture and engineering since 1998. Analysis and implementation of customer requirements in technical solutions

Development of interfaces, scripts, and reports (e.g., AbaReport)

Execution of data migrations and software adjustments

Installation, operation, and monitoring of cloud and on-premise solutions

Design and development of new digital processes within the team

Responsibility for 1st & 2nd level support (remote / phone / on-site)

Provision of modern workplace systems and mobile devices

Maintenance of the Delta Cloud (servers, network, firewalls)

Close collaboration with network, server, and IT partners

Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and checklists

Active participation in IT and customer projects

• Solid IT education with experience in IT support or projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
• Team player with initiative and eagerness to learn., Solid IT education (e.g., computer scientist system technology, ICT specialist or similar)

Experience in IT support or IT project environment

Enjoyment of technology and solution-oriented work

Strong analytical and communication skills

Team player with initiative and willingness to learn

High interest in business software and digitalization

Very good German skills in spoken and written form

Experience in planning and implementing IT projects

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Abacus Business Software

Experience with ERP systems in SME or construction environment
