Job description
- Lead the end-to-end Workday Learning implementation, translating the global L&D strategy into scalable, Workday-aligned processes across regions
- Define and validate the Learning target operating model, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with global standards while accommodating local needs
- Facilitate global and local workshops with L&D, HR, and business stakeholders to capture, structure, and prioritise requirements, driving informed decision-making
- Govern integrator and solution design, reviewing and constructively challenging configurations to ensure alignment with business intent, Workday governance, and long-term AMS sustainability
- Own functional documentation (workbooks, design documents, decision logs) and validate the quality of the solution (hands-on configuration is a plus, not required)

Requirements
- Senior expertise (10+ years) in Workday Learning implementations within large, complex, and global organisations, including post-go-live environments
- Strong functional and business understanding of Learning processes (compliance, development, leadership, onboarding) and of Workday Learning capabilities and limitations
- Proven ability to operate in global contexts, with excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Constructive and pragmatic mindset, able to challenge business requirements and integrator solutions effectively
- Strong functional and technical understanding of Workday Learning, with the ability to assess configuration impacts on security, reporting, data, and other Workday modules (hands-on configuration not required)
- Business-first, governance-oriented approach, comfortable making decisions in complex environments
- Long-term, sustainability-focused vision, prioritising adoption over over-customisation, with a strong sense of leadership
- Fluent in English, with any additional European languages considered a plus
