Job description

As a Senior Workday Adaptive Implementation Lead at Ivy Partners, you will:

  • Take ownership of the Workday Adaptive Planning for workforce planning use cases including headcount, vacancies, workforce costs, and scenarios.
  • Translate evolving business requirements into a scalable planning design which includes planning granularity, baseline vs forecast vs scenarios, and defining drivers and assumptions.
  • Define the target operating model for workforce planning, covering roles, cadence, controls, and governance.
  • Lead workshops with key stakeholders, structure and document requirements and outcomes, and drive alignment between global standards and local needs.
  • Own the functional design of the planning model structure and ensure its usability and robustness for enterprise cycles.
  • Define and validate data needs and flows, coordinate with technical teams on integrations, ensure testing readiness, and support change, adoption, and training preparation.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workday?, * You have senior experience (10+ years) implementing Workday Adaptive Planning, ideally within workforce planning/headcount planning scope.

  • You are experienced in working within large, global organizations with complex governance and multi-entity settings.
  • You are comfortable operating in environments where requirements evolve and multiple stakeholders need alignment.
  • You possess a strong understanding of workforce planning concepts and are capable of designing solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise planning cycles.
  • You have strong technical literacy in Adaptive Planning including model structure, dimensions, versions, and data import concepts.
  • You can challenge and govern technical delivery from integrators and are focused on adoption and sustainability.
  • You have excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills and are structured, decision-oriented, and able to arbitrate trade-offs.
