Job description

  • Act as Key-User in supporting the interface between Workday and the SAP Payroll System
  • Provides guidance and governance to management of Payroll systems in terms of technical, process and compliance aspects
  • Exchange and facilitate PY system interfaces and process enhancement with core Swiss PY team
  • Cares for further system development
  • Ensures system compliance at all times
  • Aligns and cooperates with Business Key-Users to assure the system's data quality
  • Collaboration in payroll-relevant processes & year-end work (performing tests, controls, declarations, salary statements, etc.)
  • Support with project-related tasks
  • Coordination with the HR Shared Service Center and collaboration on various projects

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workday?, * Highly analytical thinker

  • Experienced in data analysis (ideally experience with SAP, HRX and Workday)
  • Fluent in English, German at least at B1 level
  • Very Proficient in MS Office (excellent skills in Excel) and SAP HCM Key User PA/PY is a plus
  • Continuous learning mindset - always curious, learn from mistakes, be open minded and willing to learn with others and willing to share knowledge
  • Great work ethics - be reliable, meet deadlines, deliver the results, be open to receive feedback
  • Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills
  • Team and service-oriented thinking
  • Preferred: Commercial Education and completed additional training in the areas of payroll, HR
  • Preferred: Several years of experience in a comparable function in the area of payroll/social security/finance

The Payroll Systems Team consist of 3 people ensuring the technical integration between the systems and managing error handling.
