Job description

  • Oversee the activities of the demand center team, including digital media campaigns, agency handling, CRM/lead management, contact center operations, analytics and inside sales
  • Create and implement demand creation, conversion, and optimization strategies tailored to the unique needs of industrial adhesive SBUs in the region
  • Strategize and manage digital campaigns while enhancing CRM and lead management processes to improve lead quality & conversion
  • Work closely with regional business heads, sales leaders, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Leverage data analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement and actionable insights
  • Champion change initiatives in the region to align teams with demand center objectives and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation

Requirements

Do you have experience in Sales?, Do you have a Master's degree?, The Head of CX Demand Center Europe, is a new strategic leadership role responsible for driving customer demand creation and conversion across industrial adhesive SBUs in the region. This role - positioned in ACM Marketing Europe - will lead a newly established cross-functional team tasked with managing digital media campaigns, CRM/lead management, a centralized contact center, analytics and inside sales The Head of CX Demand Center, Europe will work closely with regional business heads, sales leaders & teams, technical and marketing teams to convert this new demand achieving measurable results. This role also requires a proven ability to lead change within a complex organizational environment., * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, sales, or service, ideally within the chemical, industrial sector or digital marketing agencies
  • Proven experience in b2b marketing techniques (e.g. demand generation, marketing automation) & campaigns steerin
  • Expertise in digital marketing, agency steering, CRM platforms, analytics, and inside sales
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels and demonstrated ability to manage change and drive organizational transformation
  • Fluent English skills
