Job description
- Define and drive the global BCM & Resilience strategy and roadmap, aligning with enterprise risk, operational excellence, and sustainability goals, and embedding continuity into business planning, supply chain, and digital initiatives.
- Lead large-scale Value-at-Risk studies, regional evaluations, and multi-region Resilience Councils to reduce enterprise risk and enhance operational resilience.
- Oversee Business Impact Assessments, risk assessments, continuity plans, and crisis management testing across critical global operations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 22301, ISO 31000, and local regulations, and establish robust policies, performance metrics, and RACI alignment.
- Own and enhance the Value-at-Risk model, integrating new risk factors and real-time alerts for improved decision-making.
- Continuously progress HAT towards higher maturity levels, manage performance by monitoring the effectiveness of Value-at-Risk reduction efforts, RACI compliance, BCP status etc. through a matrix reporting line to the Regional Resilience & BCM Leads.
Serve as the primary liaison between Executive Leadership, Global and Regional SBUs, AO, IT, Security, HR, Digital teams and more, as well as external stakeholders. * Act as FPOC for critical global disruptions, providing rapid, strategic decision support and leading cross-geography coordination during crises. * Champion global training, advocacy, and awareness programs on resilience and BCM, fostering a culture of preparedness across the organization.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Supply chain?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 10+ years in Operational Resilience, BCM, Risk Management, or Supply Chain, ideally in manufacturing or complex global environments.
- MBA from a prestigious university preferred.
- 7+ years' experience in global leadership roles, matrix managing high-performing, cross-functional teams combined with strong stakeholder management abilities, with experience working across multiple senior leadership levels.
- Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, operational risks and chemical industry's regulatory landscape.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing BCM frameworks and resilience strategy in complex environments.
- Proven leadership of multi-country programs with strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with digital BCM tools (e.g. Fusion, Archer, MetricStream).
- Strategic Impact: Protects >$10B in revenue through enhanced operational resilience and continuity.
- Strengthens customer trust, regulatory compliance, and enterprise agility.
- Build relationships with external partners, including suppliers, regulators, and industry bodies, to enhance resilience.
- Foster a culture of resilience and preparedness across the organization.
