Design and configure SAP MDG for key master data domains (e.g., customer, vendor, material, finance).
Work with client stakeholders to define master data standards, governance processes, approval workflows, and data models.
Integrate SAP MDG with source and target systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and non-SAP systems).
Conduct workshops to understand business rules, pain points, and governance needs, translating them into SAP MDG functionality.
Support the build of data validation rules, user interfaces and workflows.
Collaborate with the Syniti team to align MDG design with enterprise data migration, quality, or governance initiatives.
Use modern tools and approaches-potentially including automation and AI accelerators-to improve master data processes and reduce ongoing operational effort.

Good understanding of SAP master data processes and structures across at least one major domain (customer, vendor, material, finance, etc.).
Some hands-on configuration experience with SAP MDG (on ECC or S/4HANA), such as rules, workflows and UIs.
Knowledge of SAP BTP and integration technologies (IDocs, SLT, PI / PO, APIs).
Experience with data migration or data quality initiatives.
Understanding of data governance frameworks and operating models.
