Job description

To fuel the next growth spurt, we're on the hunt for a Digital Analyst that loves turning data into insights that drive real business impact., We're looking for a Digital (B2C) Analyst to join our team and help shape data-driven decisions across all our consumer touchpoints - from retail and ecommerce to digital marketing and CRM and you would also:

  • Gather and analyze data from multiple B2C channels to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports that track key KPIs and business metrics.
  • Translate data into actionable insights that improve conversion, engagement, and customer experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams - including Marketing and IT - to embed insights into daily operations and strategy.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation to optimize website and marketing performance.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy across platforms and reporting tools.
  • Contribute to strategic projects with analytical insights that support business growth.
  • Assist in forecasting and predictive analysis to anticipate customer behavior and market shifts.

THE TEAM You'll be part of the wider Ecommerce team, yet also support other B2C functions like Retail and Marketplaces, and working closely with B2C Marketing, CRM, Digital Development and IT to deliver insights that shape strategy and performance across all channels. We're a collaborative group that believes great ideas come from data - and from teamwork.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Are you passionate about analytics, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy collaborating across teams?, * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or a related field;

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role (preferably in retail or e-commerce);
  • Proficiency in data tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau;
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce performance metrics, digital marketing analytics, and customer behavior data;
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail;
  • Confident communicator who can translate complex data into clear business insights;
  • Collaborative, proactive and adaptable - ready to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
