Dynamics D365 Developer

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team on a full time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to develop, customize, and maintain existing Dynamics 365 solutions while leveraging the full Power Platform ecosystem to deliver comprehensive business solutions., * Design, develop, and implement customizations within Dynamics 365 (Custom Customer Service)

• Build and maintain Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate
• Perform system configuration, customization, and optimization
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Document technical specifications and maintain solution architecture documentation
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 development and customization

• Comprehensive experience with the entire Power Platform stack:

• Power Apps (Model-driven apps)
• Power Automate (Flow development and complex workflow automation)

• C# development experience for custom plugins, custom workflow activities, and Azure Functions
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, entities, and data model
• Experience with JavaScript for client-side scripting and form customizations
• Proficiency in creating and managing custom entities, fields, views, and forms
• Knowledge of Common Data Service (Dataverse) and data integration patterns
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Functions and Azure SQL
• .NET Framework knowledge for complex integrations
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions
• Microsoft certifications (MB-400, PL-400, or similar Power Platform certifications)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Previous experience in a contract or consulting environment
