Job description
You will be working as part of a team providing support to our clients on issues raised either via phone, email or our client ticketing system. You will be responsible for ensuring client records are maintained and accurate, that clients are kept up to date with outstanding issues, and issues raised are resolved in a timely manner. Attention to detail and problem solving will be integral to your day to activity.
The role is challenging and varied, and gives an opportunity to learn and develop new skills. You will deliver high levels of customer care, provide feedback on issues identified, and help to continue to develop the service we offer.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Ideally you'll have experience of working on a Support Desk, but this isn't essential. You'll be a confident communicator, able to work on your own initiative and have a genuine interest and knowledge of IT. Delivering high levels of customer care will be essential. If you can demonstrate the right attitude, we can deliver the training!
