Provide 1st and 2nd line support related to EUC technologies.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365, Active Directory and Windows 11.

Troubleshooting and solving hardware issues with printers and other peripherals.

Escalation of other issues to the relevant departments
IT Support Engineer Experience/Technologies:
-
Understanding of Windows 10/11 operating system Administration and support

Microsoft Stack including Office 365
-
Active Directory Administration and management
-
Used to a mix of ticketing system and deskside requests User support

Communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful IT Support Engineer candidate will be commutable 5 days a week to Great Yarmouth.
Requirements
My client is looking for an IT Support Engineer manage BAU workload and provide 1st and 2nd line support. The ideal candidate will be personable with a professional passion for providing high quality IT support services.
The role will be site based 5 days per week in a manufacturing type environment.
