Tektora is partnered with Networkology who are on the lookout for a Network Engineer to support a high-profile, secure environment. As we expand in 2026, we're building out a strong, hands-on technical team to deliver excellence across Networking, Security, Unified Collaboration, and Data Centre (DC) technologies.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading technical service delivery and building relationships with customer operations teams

  • Owning and resolving complex technical issues using Cisco solutions

  • Diagnosing and managing technical incidents across Security, Collaboration, and DC stacks

  • Creating and using test environments for troubleshooting and compatibility checks

  • Writing clear technical documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team

  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders and maintaining solid incident records, At Networkology, we work on mission-critical projects. Requirements

Cisco CCNA or CCNP - Strongly preferred

  • Experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • Networking

  • Security

  • Unified Collaboration

  • Data Centre (DC)

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • A methodical and proactive approach to solving complex technical problem
