We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Data Analytics Engineer to join our Product Intelligence team. You will work closely with our Product Telemetry Team in Madrid to synthesize data sources across the company, delivering product usage and business insights that directly shape product strategy and decision-making.

Perform Analysis

Analyze product performance, feature adoption, and user behavior to uncover insights that inform strategy and business decisions.

Create and maintain telemetry reports and dashboards for stakeholders across the organization.

Acquire new data

Design and implement ETL pipelines to transform and integrate data into our warehouse.

Build interfaces for ingesting new data sources using third-party APIs.

Perform data modeling and manage the full data lifecycle.

Define new telemetry schemas

Ensure data quality and reliability using statistical process control.

Optimize & Scale

Identify and drive process improvements (automation, scalability, and pipeline optimization).

Support and maintain database infrastructure with Terraform and Jenkins.
Requirements
Must-have
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Solid background in database design, data modeling, and handling both structured and unstructured data.
- Strong track record in data analysis and visualization (Power BI, QuickSight, Tableau, or similar).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL development.
- Hands-on knowledge of data cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, GCP).
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Practical exposure to Terraform, Jenkins, and Docker.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and outcomes.
Nice-to-have
- Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as AWS Lambdas, Step Functions, dbt, Glue, Appstream, Athena, and Redshift.
