As a senior Ops engineer, you will be joining the Platform Services Squad. This squad, comprised of 11 Engineers, plays a pivotal role in the technical application management and testing environments of the Oracle Flex cube application. The team is integral to the larger Continuous Business Transformation (CBT) program, with a focus on global implementation until 2026. The team is truly international, with members hailing from India, South America, Europe, and beyond. English is the primary language spoken, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Functieomschrijving

• Collaborate with the Platform Services Squad to manage and implement the Oracle Flex cube application globally.
• Utilize your expertise in deploying and supporting WebLogic, Oracle database, and Linux-based environments to ensure seamless technical operations.
• Read and work with scripts (Python, Bash, or others) and contribute to automation efforts.
• Test and validate technical implementations before global deployment.
• Prioritize tasks effectively, communicate directly, and work as a team player.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Weblogic (version 12c+ preferred) for configuration and implementation;
• Proficiency in Oracle database managing multi-environments;
• Experience in a Linux-based environment.
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or others), with the ability to write scripts from scratch for automation (nice to have);
• Enterprise application experience is essential;
• Monitoring experience (Splunk or similar tools) is a plus;
• Oracle Flexcube experience is learnable but a similar application background is advantageous.
