IT Expert

• Own day-to-day IT support and coordination for the NL office
• Learn and document key business processes to drive automation and digital improvements
• Work hands-on with ERP (Microsoft Business Central), Power BI, and on-prem systems
• Be the go-to contact for IT matters-escalate to vendors when needed
• Drive rapid improvements in workflows, document tracking, data governance, and more
• Influence and support IT initiatives in the region

• 0-5 years of professional experience (graduates welcome)
• Experience with ERP (Business Central/Navision), Power BI, or business process automation a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong ownership and communication skills
• Fluent English (Dutch/German a plus)
• Eager to learn, build relationships and grow a career with the company
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid, flexible work environment (32-40 hrs/week)
