Job description
As a Senior IT Technician, you'll play a key role in working alongside management to onboard new clients, manage complex support requests, and act as a critical link between our helpdesk and new partnerships. You'll lead onboarding projects from site visits to system migrations, ensuring every client transition is seamless, documented, and fully supported., · Leading the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients
· Acting as an escalation point for complex 3rd line issues
· Conducting on-site client audits and delivering technical assessments
· Supporting helpdesk operations with advanced troubleshooting and mentoring
· Managing and monitoring client infrastructure (cloud and on-prem)
· Documenting systems, processes, and technical insights for shared knowledge
· Coordinating connectivity and VoIP setups with third-party providers
· Contributing to process and policy improvements with a security-first mindset
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in VoIP?, This is a highly visible, client-facing position - ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in technical environments, and brings a confident, consultative approach to problem-solving., · A valid UK driving licence (and willingness to travel/stay overnight across the UK)
· Extensive IT support experience, including onboarding and migrations
· Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge (Intune, Purview, Security, Azure, Entra)
· Working knowledge of GDPR, ITIL-aligned systems, and security best practices
· A collaborative approach to leadership and service delivery
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex technical challenges
· Excellent documentation, planning, and client communication skills
Bonus Skills (Not Essential, But Nice to Have):
· Certifications in Microsoft 365, CompTIA, or ITIL v3/4
· Experience with CRM Dynamics, RMM tools, scripting (PowerShell, BASH), and Microsoft Teams PSTN or 3CX admin, · Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and able to provide right-to-work documentation
· A full UK driving licence and access to personal transport are required
