Job description
- Manage the development, launch of new features and growth of the eCommerce.
- Ensure all content and consumer journeys are optimized for user experience and deliver the best experience across mobile, tablet and desktop.
- Responsible for developing and delivering existing ecommerce growth.
- Develop and lead relationships with internal and external third-parties (i.e. finance, logistics, supply chain) to ensure that the E-comm proposition works flawless end-to-end for the consumer
- Ongoing optimization of customer journeys to drive transactions, with a laser focus on the mobile experience
- Work collaboratively with engineering and design to translate product specifications into designs that can be implemented and tested to find the best performing solutions
- Provide strategic guidance and develop compelling proposals and roadmaps. You'll bring clarity to ambiguous situations and solve complex challenges.
- Leverage your understanding of eCommerce landscape and digital ecosystems to craft innovative solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to the development of our internal methodologies and services.
- Be open to learning about business and their challenges, anticipating their needs and offering proactive solutions, you'll add significant value to their business and build lasting partnerships.
- Partner with business and tech teams to assess technology needs, define scope, and document requirements.
- Analyze and optimize business processes, mapping out current and future states.
- Evaluate new ideas, supporting business case development and project planning.
- Conduct user testing and training to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
- Oversee small to mid-size projects, ensuring seamless execution.
- Support sprint activities, providing updates and risk assessments to leadership.
Your "day to day":
- Create and maintain a service to achieve the strategic vision.
- Partners with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into functional and nonfunctional requirements.
- Analyzes, documents and tests program development, logic, process flows and specifications.
- Partners with business partners to conduct user acceptance testing.
- Develops user manuals to describe application installation and operating procedures.
Requirements
- Experience with client-side or consultancy experience in eCommerce.
- Ecom and Digital expertise in FMCG, B2C, B2B. Proven experience working with an eCommerce platform such as SAP Commerce, Salesforce Commerce etc.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
- A natural leader, you are ambitious and driven, continually seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a passion for client success.
- Willingness to travel within the UK and potentially the EU. At least 2 years" experience in the information systems domain, working as a business analyst, or participating in full cycle projects (waterfall and/ or agile) to deploy solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related.
- Integration between systems using APIs to exchange data.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, especially the use of Macros PivotTables and Power Pivot. Understanding of business process re-engineering utilizing tools and techniques to effect business change.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, and comfort dealing with ambiguity and fast pace
- changing environment.
- Passionate and motivated person interested about new technology.
- Strong customer focus and has ability to work cooperatively on large cross-functional teams.
