In this role, you'll apply your software engineering expertise to build new features, resolve bugs, and tackle technical debt. You'll also take a strategic view of our team's processes and tooling-helping us continuously improve how we work and deliver high-quality, valuable software to our customers. As the technical lead for the platform, you'll play a key role in shaping our engineering direction and championing, collaborative and respectful team environment by mentoring and supporting less experienced engineers in their professional development Researching emerging technologies and identifying opportunities to integrate them into our platforms, while sharing insights to inspire innovation across the team Qualifications Who we're looking for: Demonstrated advanced proficiency in at least two of the following platforms is essential: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Dynamics 365 Sales Power Apps Power Automate Power BI SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Logic Apps Azure Data Factory Proven ability to design and implement large-scale, well-optimized, and maintainable software features Strong track record of analyzing, debugging, and resolving highly complex technical issues. Experience in conducting and contributing to effective code reviews, offering constructive and actionable feedback Ability to evaluate all relevant factors and make informed decisions when determining technical, The Senior Dynamics Platform Engineer will build new features, resolve bugs, and tackle technical debt while ensuring high-quality software delivery.
