Job description

You'll be a vital part of our Support Team, delivering first-class IT assistance and systems administration across a varied mix of technologies to a wide range of clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing support tickets - logging, diagnosing, resolving, and escalating where needed.
  • Providing timely, efficient support that meets or exceeds SLA targets.
  • Proactively monitoring and maintaining systems to prevent issues before they become service affecting.
  • Performing regular support service checks and technical admin tasks.
  • Administering Microsoft 365 tenants, user accounts, and permissions.
  • Documenting fixes and processes to build our internal knowledge base.
  • Communicating in a clear, friendly, jargon-free way with clients of all technical levels.
  • Visiting client sites to deliver on-site support when required.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, We're after someone who is tech-savvy, personable, and driven to deliver exceptional service. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in an IT support role for at least 1 year.
  • Great problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and hardware support.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a business-insured vehicle (essential for client site visits).
