Job description
You'll be a vital part of our Support Team, delivering first-class IT assistance and systems administration across a varied mix of technologies to a wide range of clients. Responsibilities include:
- Managing support tickets - logging, diagnosing, resolving, and escalating where needed.
- Providing timely, efficient support that meets or exceeds SLA targets.
- Proactively monitoring and maintaining systems to prevent issues before they become service affecting.
- Performing regular support service checks and technical admin tasks.
- Administering Microsoft 365 tenants, user accounts, and permissions.
- Documenting fixes and processes to build our internal knowledge base.
- Communicating in a clear, friendly, jargon-free way with clients of all technical levels.
- Visiting client sites to deliver on-site support when required.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, We're after someone who is tech-savvy, personable, and driven to deliver exceptional service. Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in an IT support role for at least 1 year.
- Great problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise under pressure and manage time effectively.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and hardware support.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a business-insured vehicle (essential for client site visits).
