Junior IT Support Engineer

• In depth working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
• Experience of Android and iOS operations systems
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

• Ability to develop ongoing relationships.

• Construction Industry Solutions: COINS
• WAN/LAN IP knowledge
• Remote Support tools
• MRP/ERP Manufacturing such as 123 Insight
• Ring Central Hosted PBX.
• Paper Cut Print Management.
• Paxton Net2 door Access Systems.
• Windows Server 2016 -2025
• Experience of working to ISO Standards.
• Knowledge of the principals of network infrastructure.
• Financial applications
• Stock management systems
• AutoCAD experience

You will be part of a busy team delivering IT services, on the phone, online and in person for around 600 users based across 4 UK fixed office & warehouse locations plus multiple construction sites.
