Job description

We are looking for an organised and proactiveMaintenance Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our security maintenance team. The role is key to ensuring maintenance visits, call-outs, and compliance tasks are scheduled, recorded, and completed efficiently while providing excellent customer service., * Provide administrative support to the mechanical team, including document preparation and data entry

  • Assist in managing mechanical records such as contracts, purchase orders and quote requests.
  • Support with maintaining accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets and databases
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients in a professional and timely manner
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
  • Help monitor mechanical KPIs and compile performance reports
  • Carry out filing, photocopying, scanning, and other general office duties
  • Respond to telephone and email enquiries, ensuring enquiries are dealt with efficiently
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, * Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail and good organisational ability
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative when required
