Job description

We need someone who sits at the intersection of support, configuration and implementation. You'll be the frontline expert for customers using our healthcare workforce scheduling platform, working across urgent community response, discharge-to-assess and virtual ward services.

Half your time: classic first-line support - diagnosing issues, unblocking users, providing solutions.

The other half: configuration and analysis - setting up new services, adjusting workflows, and producing sharp bug reports for engineering. You'll Be

  • Responding to customer queries and troubleshooting across web and mobile
  • Configuring service-specific settings (roles, workflows, tasks, scheduling rules)
  • Creating high-quality bug tickets with clear repro steps
  • Understanding how our platform fits into real NHS community workflows
  • Working closely with Implementation and Engineering teams
  • Contributing to UAT testing and product discussions

Requirements

  • Experience in application support or customer operations
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude
  • Clear written communication (especially for bug reporting)
  • Ability to understand clinical workflows (UCR, D2A, community care)
  • Customer empathy combined with confident guidance
  • Comfort with logs, error messages and testing across environments

Bonus Points

  • NHS or healthcare application experience
  • Familiarity with clinical scheduling/rostering systems
  • Exposure to agile teams and JIRA
  • Understanding of mobile and web app workflows
